Welcome to the Ngā Ringa o Te Auaunga – Friends of Oakley Creek website. We are working to ensure the awa and its surrounds are protected and restored to their full ecological potential. We offer a range of volunteer opportunities that we invite you to participate in.

Regular activities:

  • Monthly working bees – first Sunday of the month – 10.00am-12.00pm.
  • Tuesday mornings – working bees – 9.30am-12.30pm – Waterview Heritage Area. 
  • Friday mornings – working bees – 9.00am-12.00pm.
